The Raiju's passive aura increases lightning strike frequency in your garden area during storm weather, which directly increases the rate at which the Shocked mutation is applied to your crops. Without the Raiju, Shocked mutations depend entirely on natural thunder weather. With the Raiju active, the proc rate increases significantly.
